About Me

My name is Brent and I love adventure.

Adventure has taken me to 45 countries (and hopefully more in the future! Adventure has lead me on a long relationship with God. Adventure has lead me to marriage and adoption of our special needs son Boji (whose name means gift from God!).

As I've entered my 50's, I've feared that I've lost some of the adventure in my life. I have traveled all the way around the world two times. But - my desire to explore the world goes beyond one or two trips. That's why I've titled the website 'AroundTheWorldin80Plus'.

I hope to circle it a few more times in my lifetime. And...I want to live out the adventure that's right in front of me day to day.
