Trip 1 to Bulgaria

Last Night Before Boji

One last dinner together before we meet our son

As the plane descended, we knew we'd meet him soon.

So far, it had only been a picture. One cute, chubby faced boy standing in front of the bouncy horse. 

From the moment we saw the picture, we knew he'd be our son.

His name is Bojidar (Boji or Bo is a short version). We are traveling to Bulgaria (his birth country) to meet him. It's the first of 2 trips. I'll chronicle these first few days of meeting him and spending time with him.

We will have to go back for a second trip to pick him up. But this trip....it's all about our initial meeting.
